Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within two (2) business days. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order ships. Please allow 12 hours for the carrier to update the status.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet our security requirements.
International Shipping Instructions
Retail Buyers:
  • Click the flag in the dark gray bar below to select your country.

  • Add the products you want to the shopping cart, then click on the Cart icon near the top right corner of the page to review the contents of your cart.

  • Use the Guest Checkout option to complete the transaction through iGlobal. Note: If you are signed in to an account with macofalltrades.com, you will not be presented with a Guest Checkout option. Sign out to use the iGlobal international check out.

  • iGlobal will display prices and shipping options in your local currency. Fill in your contact information including your address to get a shipping quote. Duties and taxes are prepaid and included in the Order Total.

  • Checkout can be completed once a shipping method is selected. Payment is accepted via credit card through iGlobal/Interpay, or PayPal.

  • All questions regarding payment, shipping, or delivery should be submitted to iGlobal at customerservice@iglobalstores.com.

Volume Buyers:
If you are outside the USA and would like to order ten (10) or more units, please email Volume Sales as these transactions are handled offline. We have been shipping to volume buyers in Europe, Asia, South America, and Australia consistently over the past two decades.
